Things I don't understand

So, here I was online, innocently playing a game of solitaire, when some random guy IM'd me. G: Nice tits! V: Thanks, but I'm not interested in talking to males. G: I don't know why you even have a profile. Your outfits are false advertising. You're nothing but an ugly, fat-assed, saggy-titted bitch! V: Um, whatever. (place on ignore) I just don't get it. This whole thing is anonymous....why not just take rejection gracefully. There's really no need for a verbal slap in the face. Yet.....at least 35% of the time I politely reject a random guy in IM or e-mail....I get comments like the above....somehow by virtue of my rejection, I've gone from "hey great tits" to "you fucking bitch"....

My Own little Quirk

Why is it that I seem to have this habit (failing?) of being interested in women.....who are always interested in each other but not all that interested in me? They flirt with me....but that's always the long & short of it. I suppose I should just be grateful for whatever female attention I get.....

Alter Ego Erotics

Ok, final resolution of the corset problem. Below is a copy of the email I sent to her yesterday. My husband was looking at the corset, and 3 other similar corsets (including my Dark Gardens one). The difference seems to be that on the corset I bought from you, the metal boning stops right at the closures, and on the other 3, it extends further up after the closures. That would tend to put more pressure on the seam at that point, since it is not distributed further up like on my other corsets. I'm worried that I might have the same difficulties if I were to get this same corset again. Since many of your corsets are going for the price that I paid, would it be possible to get a different corset all together? (in a size that would be a 32-34 completely closed waist) I was looking at your corsets that zip up the front, and I believe that style would more than likely work out better for me. Here is her reply. Hi I will ship it out tomorrow. You can just keep the other one and have it fixed locally for all of the trouble. To say I'm amazed would be an understatement. This vendor has definately gone above & beyond with this. I'm definately going to do business with her again....keeping in mind that I should stick to the corsets w/ zippers. :)

More on Corset

I was looking at the vendors latest stuff ..... and I've noticed that she's added this to all of her auctions now. When you first start wearing the corset, do not lace it to tightly wait until the leather warms to your body temperature, and then start to wear it snuggly for short periods of time, a half hour to an hour to gently break it in. You should not lace it up tightly immediately as you need to give the piece time to shape to your body.

Avoiding Ex's

Something I've heard a lot about over the years....."Oh I can't go there, my ex hangs out there and I don't want to deal with him/her." If you are a rather....um.....promiscuous for lack of a better word, person like me.....you eventually end up with a lot of ex's.....and if you stop going to places because you don't want to run into an ex....sooner or later, you'll run out of places to go, and you just be a couch potato watching Jerry Springer re-runs. Lets see....what would I have to have given up to avoid my ex's.... Rocky Horror 1988 - I'd be avoiding JH, and SD SCA 1988-89 - I'd be avoiding BW, JR, DL, and JS Rocky 1989-1993 - I'd be avoiding GM, DS, BM, MS, and RR Baycon 1989-Present - I'd be avoiding DS, BM, MS, RR, KG, SC, and MM Pantheacon 1997-Present - I'd be avoiding JH, GM, KG, SC, and ML BDSM events 1992-Present - I'd be avoiding ML and DR So....some of the things I'm most interested in......I would have to had stopped going to.....just to avoid the ex's......the potential drama & heartache.....BUT is sitting home alone a better prospect?

Problems w/ Corsets

I won a lovely corset from EBAY.....and had problems from the get-go. When I tried it on, one of the button pins just popped right out of the front. I told the vendor & they sent me a 2nd corset, and I sent them the 1st one back on Friday. I wore the second one to Baycon, and after wearing it a few hours, I noticed it was starting to tear along 1 of the seams in the front. A friend of mine was wearing the exact same corset, and her's was tearing too....in the same place. I sent the vendor email when I got home....mostly as an FYI. She's offering to send me a third corset now. Should I bother, or just cut my losses? Btw - the vendor was subtly indicating the tearing was my fault because I laced the corset too tightly. According to her, when you wear leather corsets, you should tighten the laces gently over successive wearings....to give the leather time to gently stretch & conform to your shape. Funny thing is....I wore a different leather corset that same weekend, and had no problems at all with that one.
