C'est Moi?

On being a girly-girl...I'm bolding the ones I did/do. I did ballet I did gymnastics In gym class anyway. Last time was sophomore year in college. I paint my fingernails/toenails All the time when I was younger. Only for special occasions now. I wear/ have worn flip flops as anything other than beach wear I own clothes that are pink Much to the Wench's dismay. I watch Dr Who because I fancy the Doctor I own hair straighteners I drink alco pops I enjoy clothes shopping Does a 175 sqft closet mean anything? I keep a teddy bear on my bed Technically on a shelf above the bed, bear & bunny I prefer high heels to flats I don't know the 'offside rule' I prefer diet drinks to full fat I love bubble baths But I don't take nearly enough of them I read lifestyle magazines Valentine's day is a good thing Any day I can get presents is a good thing I would love to have a photo shoot I've had or been a part of several I love to get dressed up I use a hair dryer I am scared of spiders Except tarantulas I use fake tanning products I can't change a tire I can't change a plug I have thought about names for my as yet unconceived children Only 1 name, Amber Marie I go to the gym in preference to doing sport I don't diet well, have to lose weight somehow I see myself as fatter than I am I like to receive flowers I like things that are pretty for pretty's sake I enjoy talking on the phone Cushions have a point I accessorize I have excessive compulsive accessorization disorder I 'coo' over babies I keep a diary I have a handwritten one from 17-23, and this I eat salads in restaurants I am on/have ever been on a diet Not so much a diet as trying to make better eating choices I like chick flicks I won't leave the house without make up I enjoyed/would enjoy being a bridesmaid Weddings are romantic I exfoliate my skin I have a skincare routine and stick to it religiously I sunbathe All the time when I was younger, no real opportunity for it now Camping is wrong The Taj Ma Tent makes it doable I like to read books that involve romance As long as they're historical or supernatural I have more female friends than male I don't like football I don't like to do any activities that may break my nails I go to beauty salons I have matching underwear I don't drink pints I like glitter I take vitamin supplements regularly I have read a self help book I like going into gift shops Chocolate is wonderful I know what pilates is I tell my female best friend everything I own concealer I take great pride in wrapping presents well I have been known to 'flutter' my eyelashes I always take a handbag out with me I use lip balm whether I have chapped lips or not I believe in fairies I enjoyed playing with Barbie/Sindy dolls as a child But I played with Hot Wheels too I own more than 5 teddy bears Not necessarily teddy bears, but stuffed animals in general I own more than 10 pairs of shoes I worry about cellulite I know the names of all of my friends' children The number 69 isn't just about sex you know I have more than one hand bag I have no sense of direction I print directions for a reason It takes me longer than 30 minutes to get ready in the morning I like candles My SO expecting me to be ready to go out in 5 minutes is simply unreasonable I read my horoscope I read my SO's horoscope And my OSOs Wearing too much black drains the colour out of me I don't do DIY I use eye cream I wanted to be a princess when I was little Farting in front of anyone is deeply embarrassing I drink 8 glasses of water a day I use at least SPF15 on my face every day I can't punch I get bra fitted on a regular basis I dance at parties without needing to be drunk The ladies toilets have social significance I don't like violence in films Not being able to shower every day would be unbearable Girl's nights out/girl's nights in are fabulous I wear skirts out of choice I have been referred to as 'giggly' I like to be 'pretty' Men are from Mars and women are from Venus Bakeries are a den of temptation And doughnut shops Baby clothes are just so adorable I drink herbal tea Mint & Chai anyway I have been known to put on a 'girly' voice Buh-Bells!! I love jewelery
