Missing the Obvious?

OK....since just about everyone who reads this is queer &/or kinky to some degree....maybe you can help me with some suggestions. and before you answer....YES, I've been Googling this stuff already. I'm just looking for a more direct route than clicking on hundreds of links which might only have 1-2 that are really useful. :) 1. Does anyone know of any job hunting sites that are specifically geared for diverse workplaces? (IE, a queer/kink friendly version of monster.com) 2. The porn/adult (toys, movies, , magazine/books, other types of media) industry....surely the bigger companies/websites/whatever have some sort of administrative support structure.....besides looking at every dang site & hunting for the 'about us/corporate' button (which let me tell you can be well hidden).....where do you think they post their admin. related positions? I've been thinking more & more lately.....I should try working for a company that I might be genuinely interested in who they are & what they do.....and barring that, at the very least, a company that has a healthy sprinkling of queer/kinky people in it's employee pool. So...since I'm looking for work in non-traditional places, I'm thinking I need to try non-traditional methods of job hunting.
