Before I Sleep

Ok, the resume is re-vamped & sent off to the HR Director (who wasn't expecting me to send it until Monday). In addition, I did a little research on the pay scale for Office Manager (as a generic position w/ SF as the locale)...the average pay scale is $46,440 - $88,120. So...in my current HR position, I am at the bottom end of that particular pay range. You do the math. :)
