Interview #2

Different place than #1, same general area though...a few blocks from the Embarcadero BART, close to Mission. To sum it up in 1 word - grueling. I was interviewed by a recruiter, the Assistant Controller, the HR Director, the Controller and as a surprise (because he wasn't expected to come in), the CFO. All in all, I was there from 1-330. It seems to be an amazing company. They are really people focused, their employees aren't just people who are there to do a job...they are human beings that the company cares about. The company also does a ton of volunteer/charity work. Every employee is giving 16 hours per year that they can use to work any of the many company sponsored events. I have the skill-set they want (and more). I guess the biggest thing to determine is whether or not I'll be the best fit for the company as a whole.
