So, by now you've read the last post. I have a small card @ work that lists my BYY Guidelines & Values...and it caught my eye after my conversation with the HR Director ... and I'm being amused by the connections. Guidelines Walk away sooner. If it's right for you, fight for it. Be open. Values Courage - The willingness to take calculated risks and step outside of one's comfort zone. Growth - Investing in life-long learning, personal development, self education. Independence - Free from the influence, guidance, or control of others.
