Vacation

I'm not good at this

While I REALLY enjoy all the play I've been honoured to participate in during the last 18 months or so.... I really miss being able to truly let go and just hurt someone. Party Tonight

Right now I'm feeling very ambivilent about going to the Monthly 2nd Saturday Party. The superficial reasons - 1. The space is cold. 2. I usually feel somewhat uncomfortable around the male 1/2 of the couple that owns the space. The not so superficial reasons - 1. I want to spend some time with my husband that doesn't involve me having a deadline to get home & get ready for a party. 2. I'm tired. It's been a long several weeks & I just don't think having another late night is going to make me less tired. 3. I feel like I'm not really....necessary. Most of the people who will most likely attend this party have no interest in playing with me & I'm getting tired of feeling like a wall flower. 4. This should be interesting 1. How can I tell if you are angry? Um, I'm pretty obvious about it. If I'm not at work or in public, I tend to stomp around & slam doors/cupboards. If I am in public, I tend to speak sharply & a bit louder. I'f I'm really upset & in private, I may throw something non-breakable across the room. 2. How should I behave around you while you are angry? If you are the one my anger is directed at, and you deserve it.....apologize & see what you can do to calm me down. If you are just an innocent bystander...offer to listen to me rant & whine. Do not try and give me calm, rational solutions right away, just let me rant & at least act like your sympathetic. When I'm ready to be calm, then I'll ask for advice on how to handle the situation. 3. How do you want me to behave when you are hurting emotionally? (How is best to comfort you?) If we have a close friendship, hold me.....show me you care. Listen to me. Be there for me. 4. Are there things we should ~not~ discuss? Sooner or later, I'll talk about anything.....but if I don't want to talk about something right then...I'll just say so. 5. How should I treat you if you are physically ill? Baby me. I was using a Violet Wand on a lady Friday night.
